1- How long does shipping usually take?
Our product is delivered digitally, with all orders typically fulfilled within 2 days. However, for orders containing more than 1 variation, please allow for a delivery time of up to 7 days. No physical paper/card or any other material will be shipped upon placing an order.

Note: The term 'quantity' in the order placement refers to the number of variations available for each template, and we have a limit of three variations per template

2- What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a range of payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment platforms. You'll find the available payment options presented to you during the checkout process.

3- What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for products delivered via email in JPG or PNG format. With each template purchase, you are entitled to a maximum of five text-based corrections. For any styling, color, or design modifications (while the basic template remains unchanged), you are allowed up to two revisions.

5- What information s required after purchase?

We offer flexibility in information collection and leave it to our customers' convenience. You can either email us or send an attachment with the follwing details.

Card Code - Code starting with WC and should match your order payment
Order Number and your email address - Please provide the email address used in order placement.

Event Details:
Names of the Bride and Groom: [Provide the full names of the bride and groom]
Wedding Date and Time: [Specify the wedding date and the ceremony start time]
Location: [Include the venue or address where the wedding will take place]Additional Text: [If there is any additional information or special messages to be included, please include them in your email]

Design Preferences: Color Patterns/Style: [Describe any preferred color schemes or design styles for the wedding card]
Option to substitute the photos with your personal images  Feel free to share your preferences if needed. If no choice is provided, we will replace the human photos with one of our creative designs.
